At Jalladharani Seafoods, we strive to offer the freshest and highest-quality seafood products. Since seafood is a highly perishable item, we follow strict guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.

1. No Return Policy (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you may request a replacement or refund as per the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

A. Product Delivered Is:

  • Spoiled or not fresh

  • Physically damaged

  • Incorrect item received

  • Quantity mismatch

  • Packaging severely damaged

B. Customer Must:

  • Inform us within 2 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

  • Keep the product in a safe, refrigerated condition until verified

We cannot process claims made after the 2-hour window.


3. Items Not Eligible

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Products stored improperly after delivery

  • Delay in receiving the order by the customer

  • Taste or personal preference issues

  • Orders canceled after dispatch

  • Minor natural variations (color, size, shape) in seafood


4. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refund method:

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer

    • Original mode of payment (if applicable)

You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.


5. Replacement Process

If approved, replacement will be provided based on:

  • Product availability

  • Customer’s delivery location

  • Delivery partner availability

If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

Customers may cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing it.

After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch, as seafood is prepared fresh for each order.


7. Incorrect Payment or Double Payment

In case of:

  • Duplicate transaction

  • Failed payment but amount deducted

Refund will be initiated after verification with the payment gateway.
